Job Description

Job Title: Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive with at least 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of basic accounting, invoicing, attendance tracking, and salary processing. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative operations and office management.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave management.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll/salary.
  • Prepare, verify, and issue invoices and basic accounting entries.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update employee files, records, and documentation.
  • Support basic HR administrative tasks as required.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and document control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounts support role.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, invoice generation, and salary processing.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
