Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Executive, located in Pallikaranai. The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including coordinating with various departments, organizing schedules and meetings, maintaining records, handling communication, and ensuring efficient office operations. The role includes support in managing facilities and providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in office administration is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
