Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate and manage all logistics-related activities such as shipment planning, tracking, and scheduling. Prepare and maintain import/export documents including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to logistics. Liaise with transporters, customs, and other agencies for smooth movement of goods. Maintain proper filing and records of all logistics-related documents. 2. Payroll Administration Collect, verify, and process employee attendance and leave records. Assist in preparation and disbursement of monthly payroll. Maintain employee records related to salary, benefits, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.). 3. Administrative Support Manage office stationery, assets, and vendor coordination. Assist with onboarding formalities and employee documentation. Handle day-to-day office correspondence and support management in administrative tasks. Prepare periodic reports related to admin, payroll, and logistics activities.
