Job Description

As the Front Office Manager, your role involves overseeing front office operations and office consumable inventory to ensure sufficient stock availability at the site. You will provide administrative support to various teams by assisting with tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and more as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the attendance of Housekeeping/Security staff and ensure accurate billing. - Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of office premises, common areas, and other designated spaces. - Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized cleaning services, repairs, or maintenance, such as Plumbers, AC Technicians, and Pest Control. - Arrange office events, including providing cakes, snacks, and lunch for staff on special occasions. - Manage petty cashbooks and handle Annual Maintenance Contracts for services like AC, Pest Control, Office sanitization, and Coffee vending machine. - Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. - Distribute couriers and manage tasks like printing I cards, Visiting cards, RFID cards, and maintaining records. - Monitor CCTV cameras for security purposes. - Manage various office maintenance tasks including computers, telephones, CCTV, AC, carpentry, UPS, and batteries. - Handle utility bills such as Telephone, Electricity Bills, Credit Card Bills, Property Tax Receipts, and Office rent. - Arrange Onboarding and Offboarding Kits for employees. - Track and monitor employee transportation, keeping records of travel expenses for reimbursement and financial records. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in CCTV monitoring and project support. - Skilled in executive administrative assistance and organizational tasks. - Experience in inventory management and petty cash management. - Ability to handle expense management and meeting scheduling. - Strong communication skills for client relationship management. - Knowledge of document preparation and office administration. - Familiarity with pest control and event arrangement. - Capability in managing calendars and travel arrangements. - Experience in database management and maintaining confidentiality. - Ability to multitask and handle administrative support efficiently. - Proficiency in communication management and leadership skills. - Knowledge of taxation procedures and documentation.,
