General office maintenance. Ticket booking- Flight & Railway. Visa related activities. Hotel booking & tie ups with the hotels for corporate bookings. Handling monthly utility payments on time. Managing stationery & office equipment s, etc. Planning & proper Coordination for Staff welfare activities. Filling maintenance & documents control. Managing PAN India office monthly rentals, Lease agreements & utility payments, etc. Day todays activities.
