Dear Candidate,

Drillmec International Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with vendors for facilities management services like housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
Assist in event planning and execution by handling logistics, catering, and travel arrangements.
Perform office administration duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Provide support to the team by performing various admin activities like document scanning and photocopying.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in an administrative role or related field (facilities management).
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) with strong typing skills .
Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
