Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin-cum-Sales Coordinator - FEMALE to support sales operations, customer communication, and administrative work in our CNC spares business. The ideal candidate will assist with quotations, order processing, billing, and coordination between customers, suppliers, and the internal team.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination

  • Prepare and send quotations to customers for CNC spares and tooling items.
  • Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for daily updates and requirements.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and inquiry records.

Order & Billing Management

  • Process sales orders, generate invoices, and prepare delivery challans.
  • Coordinate with the store team for material availability and dispatch.
  • Follow up with logistics/courier partners for timely deliveries.
  • Track pending orders, payments, and dispatch status.

Customer Support

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and walk-ins with product and price information.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve basic customer issues or queries.
  • Maintain strong communication with existing and new clients.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain proper documentation for quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and stock movements.
  • Assist with basic accounting entries (payments, receipts, petty cash).
  • Manage office supplies, filing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support management with reports and daily office activities.

Inventory/Store Coordination

  • Update inventory records for CNC spares, consumables, and tools.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for stock availability, pricing, and lead times.
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders when needed.

Skills & Requirements

  • Training will be provided for Freshers.
  • Minimum qualification: HSC / Diploma / Graduate (any discipline).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination or office admin (Freshers encouraged).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Experience in CNC spares/mechanical industry is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
