Job Title: Admin cum Logistics Executive Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi Company: Rivotta India Pvt. Ltd. Role Overview Rivotta India is looking for a smart, organized, and multitasking professional to handle logistics, procurement, accounts support, and office administration at our Delhi office. The candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage OEMs, vendors, and internal operations independently. Key Responsibilities Manage dispatches, returns, airway bills, and transport documentation. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and suppliers for procurement and price negotiation. Maintain records of billing, POs, GRNs, quotations, challans, and invoices. Handle basic accounting in Tally and ensure accuracy in entries and reconciliations. Manage office supplies, payments of utilities/rentals, and overall office upkeep. Support management with MIS reports, quotations, and stock management. Required Skills & Experience Graduate / Post-Graduate (preferably in Commerce or Business Administration). Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, accounts, or office administration. Must have strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel. Experience in IT, Office Automation, Audio Visual Products or allied industries preferred.
