Job Title: Admin cum HR Executive

Location: Kochi

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Admin cum HR Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations while supporting HR functions. The ideal candidate will coordinate with our HR Department at the Hyderabad Head Office, ensure smooth office functioning, and act as a liaison between staff and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

Oversee facility management, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination.
Maintain records of company assets, licenses, and contracts.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Organize company events, meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, and travel arrangements.

Human Resources Duties:

Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime data).
Help implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee queries regarding HR and admin policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in both administration and HR functions (3–5 years).
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
