Job Description

We are a growing company engaged in the supply of products used in the medical field. We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding orders, supplies, and deliveries.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in routine documentation, billing, and data entry.
  • Support management in all other routine office activities.

Requirements:

  • Fresher or candidate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in office administration.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
