o Exceptional Project Management: Strong ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
o Vendor & Contract Management: Expert-level skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.
o Budget Management: Proven ability to develop, manage, and adhere to large-scale project budgets.
o Technical Acumen: Good understanding of building infrastructure, civil works, electrical systems, HVAC, IT networking, and safety standards.
o Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and licensing requirements in Karnataka/Bengaluru.
o Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
o Problem-Solving: Highly analytical with robust problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, especially under pressure.
