Lead Management Specialist (Inbound and Outbound Process)

Key Responsibilities HNS Gold - Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner -Build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service - Meet and exceed monthly walk-ins targets- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities - Generate walk-in leads through effective customer engagement and promotion of products/services and communication. Requirements Both fresher and experience can apply-For experience candidates 6 Months -2 years of tele-calling experience, preferably in an inbound telecalling and outbound tele sales .
