As an Accounts and Admin Executive, your role will involve managing the day-to-day financial transactions and administrative operations of the office. This position requires a combination of accounting expertise and administrative competence to ensure both financial and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks using software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books. - Conduct basic tally, accounting, GST, and audit activities. - Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash. - Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and audits. - Ensure timely tax filings for GST, TDS, and income tax returns. - Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions. - Oversee general office operations, including procurement of supplies and vendor management. - Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave records. - Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes. - Organize meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate event logistics. - Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. - Support HR and operations teams with documentation and data management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in accounting and administrative roles. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. - Strong understanding of financial regulations and taxation. - Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Additional Details: You will be required to relocate to Bhutan (Thimphu) for this full-time position. The company will provide food and lodging. Occasional extended hours may be necessary during audit or tax season. Please Note: - Full-time job with day shift schedule. - Fluency in English is preferred for this role.
