Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily attendance, leave, OD, OT, and late-coming records.
  • Prepare monthly attendance and time reports for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for accurate and timely payroll execution.
  • Assist in preparation, printing, stamping, scanning, and distribution of salary slips.
  • Maintain employee master data, personnel files, and HR records.
  • Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, and service certificates.
  • Follow up on joining formalities and probation completion with department heads.
  • Assist in HR, statutory, and ISO audit documentation and compliance records.
  • Provide basic accounting and finance documentation support.
  • Handle office administration activities including stationery, canteen bills, ID cards, visiting cards, letterheads, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage courier dispatch/receipt, visitor coordination, and incoming calls/emails.
  • Support meetings and general office administrative operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
