Job Description

Key Responsibilities Administration & Communication

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally
  • Manage official emails, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal staff

Logistics & Porter Coordination

  • Arrange and manage porter/courier bookings for samples, documents, and materials
  • Track dispatches, deliveries, and maintain logistics records
  • Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely pickups and deliveries

Accounting & Finance Support

  • Assist with basic accounting entries (vouchers, expenses, invoices)
  • Maintain cash, petty cash, and expense records
  • Support billing, collections, and payment follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing reports for management as required
  • Coordinate with external accountants/auditors when needed

General Office Support

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
  • Support HR-related admin tasks such as attendance tracking and record maintenance

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration and basic accounting
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel) preferred
  • Good communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of logistics or courier coordination is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
