YOUR TASKS Planning and Defining Project Scope: The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, management, and completion of assigned projects. Implementing Project Changes: Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Evaluate and propose changes to current project management processes and techniques in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. Completion and Evaluation: Assure the successful completion of project, report project closure and outcomes, and evaluate and summarize project results. Your Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. Bachelor's in mechanical engineering /Mechatronics/Product Design /Industrial engineering /Automobile Engineering Proven experience as a Project Manager in an equivalent role. Demonstrable ability to manage various project and work-streams simultaneously. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, forward-thinking and detail-oriented. Full understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Proficient in project management software tools, like MS Project or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders on various levels. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation. PMP or related project management certifications are preferred. Ability to work under strict deadlines. Experience in contract negotiation and risk management. The Hans Foundation works for the Health and well-being of remote and under-served groups, with an additional focus on children, persons with disabilities, and women. THF also works for holistic Education and Livelihood development of our communities. Our Two-Fold Strategy involves identifying and working within Aspirational Districts and High Poverty Index in the North, North-East, and East regions within specific states, as well as catering to lower-income and migratory populations in cities, through urban programs. Over its 15 years of existence, THF has reached more than 35 million beneficiaries through its programs. THF works with communities through the direct implementation of projects on the ground in addition to providing local management and monitoring support to not-for-profit organizations in India funded through THF USA and RIST. Background of the Project: Project: Early childhood development & Neuro-rehabilitation Centre. The early the better” believing in this approach, The Hans Foundation has been supporting a number of projects to facilitate the early years of development. It provides supportive services to children and adult with disabilities who more often lack access to the comprehensive and intensified services in those magical years of development and also needed across the lifespan. This approach dramatically improves individual’s chances to reach their full potential and functioning, have better quality of life and take up their right place in the society as adults. The Hans Foundation is creating more such facilities and services in the country to reach the last mile of targeted community while aiming to achieve the goal “ People with disability are enjoying a meaningful life in the inclusive society with high humanistic values”. This project would be operated from a Centre established for providing array of services: assessment and diagnosis, early intervention, neuro developmental therapies, healthcare and rehabilitation, multidisciplinary interventions which is part of our broader effort to improve the lives of all children and adults with disabilities and to support reforms in the social system. The project will facilitate PWDs in accessing the disability certificate, Govt schemes, assistive aids and appliances and others benefits provided by the government. The project will provide services to all disabilities across all age group. 1. General Information Location: Hyderabad Type of Employment: Contractual, renewable basis project requirements No. of Position: 01 Reporting to: Project Coordinator 2. Duties & Responsibilities Screening and assessment of sensory & motor development Therapeutic intervention Offering home based services through home visits for intervention and assessment Conducting screening camps Record keeping & Documentation. Organizing & Conducting Training programs Recommendation & Distribution of Aids and assistive devices. Referral & Counselling Any other activities given time to time. Establishes positive, trusting rapport with children’s Refers children to outside specialists or agencies when necessary. Maintains thorough records of sessions and progress. Using tried and tested therapies in combination with new, innovative techniques to provide the best care. Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field by attending conferences, conducting research, and expanding professional and academic networks. Evaluating patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as required. 3. Other Indicative Requirements Educational Qualifications BPT/Bachelors in Developmental Therapy or any equivalent degree. BMR/BRT from RCI recognised Institute or MSc Disability studies (Early Intervention) RCI/relevant council registration as professional Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience & Other requirements (Behavioural, Language, Certifications etc.) Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience Experience with people with disabilities Strong written and verbal communication and capability to relate and interact with multicultural teams Giving close attention to details and demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or confidential information. Have an empathetic & compassionate attitude.
