Job Summary:

Acumatica Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in the full cycle of Acumatica ERP implementation projects, including planning, requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Analyze client business processes and translate them into Acumatica ERP solutions.
• Customize Acumatica modules using built-in tools or through development when required.
• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting of Acumatica ERP issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, IT, and development teams.
• Develop documentation such as business process flows, user guides, training materials, and test scripts.
• Stay up to date with new Acumatica features and recommend enhancements for clients.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including demos and proposal development, as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 2+ years of experience working with Acumatica ERP (implementation, configuration, support).
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Experience with customization tools in Acumatica (Customization Projects, Generic Inquiries, Dashboards, etc.).
• Familiarity with SQL and Acumatica data structures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
