Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Activity Associate to join our team at Oberoi Resort in Shimla. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in activity management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate activities such as hiking, trekking, and yoga.
Develop and implement activity programs for guests and staff.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of activities.
Conduct workshops and classes on various topics like photography and painting.
Maintain accurate records of activity participation and feedback.
Ensure all activities comply with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in activity management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of outdoor activities such as hiking and trekking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with software applications relevant to activity management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
