We are looking for passionate, target driven professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team at Bangalore!

Position - Business Developments - Senior Executives/Executives

Business - Career Academy

Location - Bangalore Koramangala Branch (WORK FROM OFFICE)

INTERVIEW DATES: 14th & 15th Nov 2025

INTERVIEW TIME: 2PM - 6PM

MODE OF INTERVIEW: F2F Interviews are MANDATORY

Were looking for a dynamic, motivated, and creative Business Development folks as part of our Career Academy Department.

In this role, youll get to (and not limited to):

This is a front-line sales position and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through a defined marketing activity
Prospecting for new customers through new clients (vendors) and maximizing lead generation
Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads
Tracking and reporting marketing performance including acquisition results and market conditions.
Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates
Overall, in-charge of marketing function in the region covered by the base center
Attending seminars in colleges/ conducting workshops for the college students
Will have overall responsibility to collect relevant database from various sources
Preparation and execution of monthly, half-yearly & yearly marketing plans
Ensure that Center targets are at a level to meet overall objectives of the organization
Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target
Responsible for BTL activities like Leaflet/ Handout distribution, organizing stalls in colleges/ malls/ public places etc.
