ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE The incumbent will be primarily responsible to - Acquire new customers for liabilities from open market Assist the CRS - unsecured loans for conversion of existing borrowing customers for liabilities Enhance the relationship with the existing customers by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers Train/assist customers to use ATM and BCs; drive usage of alternate channels SIZE OF THE ROLE FINANCIAL SIZE NON-FINANCIAL SIZE Target assigned as per the branch CASA Book as per the branch TD Book as per the branch Segment wise book (NR, Senior Citizen, HNI etc) as per the branch Number target for all the respective products.
