Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Acquisition Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new sites for telecom towers, negotiating lease terms, managing relationships with property owners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure site readiness and operational efficiency. The role also includes market analysis, maintaining acquisition reports, and participating in site visitations to assess the feasibility of locations. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and liaison with the vendors and local / civil authorities Ensuring Site Acquisition within Clusters as per project time lines Manage Site Acquisition Officers in the Clusters and guide / train them in procedures Should possess thorough working knowledge of Lease / Rent / Acquisition agreements Adequate understanding of law of land and acquisition/legal procedures required. Prepare weekly / monthly MIS Must have exposure to legal aspect of properties and sound knowledge of the State. Motivate & Mobilise the Procurement with Effectiveness & Maintain Relationship with the Govt Agencies & Land Owners. Take care of documentation and would facilitate & guide team members.
