Job Title: BO-HH & BO-CA (Branch Operations - Home and Current Account) Job Type: Full-Time Job Category: Retail Banking Department: Retail Banking > Branch Banking > Sales > Current Account Location: Punjab, India Additional Parameters Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking operations Knowledge of current account products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Strong customer service orientation Proficient in MS Office and banking software Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field Job Summary As a BO-HH & BO-CA at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for managing the branch operations related to home and current accounts. You will be a key member of the branch banking team and will work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets.
