The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking operations, familiarity with current account products, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven setting, customer service orientation, proficiency in MS Office and banking software, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
