Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Acquisition Manager role, located in Gurugram. As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing acquisition opportunities, delivering tailored client solutions, and managing buy-side and sell-side advisory transactions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-depth market analysis, structuring financial solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of acquisition strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience in investment banking, fund-raising, and financial advisory skills.
• Proficiency in market analysis, financial modeling, and transaction structuring.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, as well as excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of stress and distress funding or related fields is highly desirable.
