Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Acquisition Manager role, located in Gurugram. As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing acquisition opportunities, delivering tailored client solutions, and managing buy-side and sell-side advisory transactions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-depth market analysis, structuring financial solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of acquisition strategies to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong understanding and experience in investment banking, fund-raising, and financial advisory skills. Proficiency in market analysis, financial modeling, and transaction structuring. Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, as well as excellent negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus. Demonstrated understanding of stress and distress funding or related fields is highly desirable.
