ACG is hiring For Payrol Cordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across assigned group companies, including validations, approvals, and monthly statutory deliverables.
• Execute F&F settlements within defined SLAs, ensuring coordination with Unit HR, Zing HR, Finance, and associates.
• Resolve payroll, attendance, and C&B-related queries within SLA timelines, conduct awareness sessions, and ensure a positive associate experience.
• Manage statutory payments, filings, challan verification, and provide payroll/C&B data for internal and statutory audits.
• Support all C&B activities such as salary structures, claims, increments, promotions, AVP/bonus calculations, including accurate letter generation. Personal Attributes.
• Provide accurate payroll/C&B data and analytics for budgeting, provisions, compliance, insurance, TLI, finance requirements, and audit-related activities.
• Manage all data related activities related to associate insurance, including annual renewals, enrolments, and deletions.
• Flair for numbers and readiness to deal with numbers for most part of the role.
• Process oriented & Ethical individual with an ability to see how details can affect the larger outcome.
• Analytically inclined: Has to have strong analytical capabilities as he/she is required to analyze trends, data, and spreadsheets; a great deal of quantitative analysis is required.
• Detail-oriented: Involves a considerable amount of research and the interpretation of data.
• High Proficiency on MS Excel is a must

• The position will be based in Group Corporate office in Jogeshwari, Mumbai
• Candidates staying in Mumbai Western suburbs preferred
• Candidates from manufacturing industry and with certification in payroll OR Diploma course in HR/ Labour Laws will be an added advantage.
• Experience in HRM Systems will be preferred. Preferred earlier experience on Zing HR/SF.
