Job Summary

The Accreditation and Ranking incumbent will play a key role in supporting the team by ensuring the efficient collection, and management of institutional data. This role involves close coordination with various departments, maintaining databases, supporting accreditation and ranking submissions, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the team in data management and report generation for institutional rankings and accreditation.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to collect relevant data required for various submissions.
• Support the Assurance of Learning (AoL) process, including data collection, tracking of learning outcomes, and compiling relevant documentation for continuous improvement and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain the central data repository system, ensuring it is regularly updated with accurate and relevant information for rankings, accreditation, and institutional reporting.
• Maintain a structured filing system for ongoing accreditation and ranking documentation.
• Uphold confidentiality and data privacy standards across all stages of data handling and sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in data management, or academic administration (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• First Language as ENGLISH
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

• Interest in higher education rankings and accreditation frameworks (e.g., AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS, and NIRF).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify data trends and inconsistencies.
