Responsibilities:

• Manage and track outstanding accounts receivables for US healthcare clients
• Perform regular follow-ups on unpaid claims, denials, and appeals
• Work extensively with insurance payers to resolve issues and secure payments
• Post payments, reconcile patient accounts, and update records in billing software
• Identify and escalate problem claims for resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in US healthcare AR/medical billing
• Understanding of RCM, EOB, and denial management
• Familiarity with US insurance guidelines, CPT/ICD-10 codes is a plus
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork
