Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our team at St. Regis, one of the leading hotels and restaurants in the industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, including invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in accounts receivable management.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to their accounts.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions, including invoicing, credit memos, and refunds.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
