Job Description: Basic duties and responsibilities of managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment of invoices. This includes tasks like preparing invoices, managing customer inquiries, recording payments, and preparing financial reports. Key Functions: · Invoice Preparation and Management: Preparing and sending invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. · Payment Processing and Application: Recording payments from customers, matching payments to invoices, and applying them to the correct accounts. · Customer Communication and Support: Handling customer inquiries regarding billing, payment, and account status. · Collections: Following up on outstanding payments, contacting customers about overdue balances, and resolving payment issues. · Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts, invoices, payments, and related transactions. · Reconciliation and Reporting: Performing account reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and analyzing accounts receivable data. · Credit Management: Assisting with credit checks, managing credit limits, and mitigating credit risk. · System Maintenance: Maintaining and updating the accounts receivable system and related records. Additional Responsibilities: · Assisting with month-end closing procedures. · Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and customer service. · Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. · Identifying and resolving discrepancies in invoices and payments. We have couple of requirements. So designation reporting ladder will depend on the present role, qualifications and years of experience. Placement: Our Corporate office but as and when required candidate need to visit sites of the Company. CTC and other benefits will depend according to the candidate but we are open to offer lucrative package to the right and deserving candidates.
