Role Overview: As an Invoice and Accounts Receivable Specialist at our corporate office with potential site visits, your primary responsibilities will include invoice preparation, customer communication, collections, record-keeping, reconciliation, credit management, and system maintenance. Additionally, you will assist in month-end closing procedures, collaborate with various departments, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and send invoices to customers with accuracy and adherence to company policies - Communicate effectively with customers and provide support as needed - Manage collections efficiently - Maintain records and ensure proper record-keeping practices - Perform account reconciliations, prepare financial reports, and analyze accounts receivable data - Assist with credit checks, manage credit limits, and mitigate credit risk - Maintain and update the accounts receivable system and related records - Support month-end closing procedures - Collaborate with other departments such as sales and customer service - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Qualifications Required: - Experience in invoice preparation and management - Strong communication and customer support skills - Proficiency in collections and record-keeping - Knowledge of account reconciliation and financial reporting - Familiarity with credit management practices - Ability to maintain and update accounting systems - Experience with month-end closing procedures - Collaboration skills with other departments - Understanding of accounting standards and company policies Company Details: Our company offers a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule at our corporate office, with occasional site visits.
