Accounts Receivable Executive

We are looking for experienced AR Executives to join our Medical Billing team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) – US Healthcare / Medical Billing process and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities within the Medical Billing process.
• Follow up with insurance companies and patients via calls and emails to resolve outstanding claims.
• Analyze denied or unpaid claims, identify issues, and take corrective actions.
• Meet individual productivity and quality goals while supporting team targets.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and business information.
• Coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and update reports in Excel as required.

Required Skills & Experience:-

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Medical Billing AR profile only.
• Strong knowledge of relevant computer applications, good typing speed, and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:-

• Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts (US shifts).
• Must be willing to work from office.
