Accounts Receivable Executive

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing and monitoring fee collections, invoicing, reconciliation, and follow-ups related to student payments and institutional receivables. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective communication with students, parents, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue student fee invoices, receipts, and statements.
• Track and monitor outstanding dues and follow up with students/parents for timely collection.
• Record, reconcile, and update all student payments in the accounting/ERP system.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic departments to resolve billing or payment-related queries.
• Prepare periodic reports on receivables, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Handle fee-related escalations and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts receivable records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting (experience in the education sector preferred).
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,093.39 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
