BEAT Educations is a leading center of excellence in the education sector, committed to delivering high-quality training and learning solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team in Calicut.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage monthly fee payments from students across all branches.
• Maintain accurate records of student-wise receivables and payment schedules.
• Track and follow up on pending or outstanding payments through regular communication with students/parents.
• Issue receipts and update the accounting system (ERP/Odoo/Tally) promptly.
• Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly accounts receivable reports with finance records.
• Coordinate with branch administrators to streamline fee collection and documentation.
• Escalate long-overdue accounts to the Finance Manager for necessary action.
• Assist in preparing aging reports, payment reminders, and reconciliation statements.
• Support periodic audits and compliance tasks related to receivables.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or fee collection (preferably in the education sector).
• Familiarity with accounting software like Odoo, Tally, or similar ERPs.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive follow-up attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
