Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Position: Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst – Medical Billing Experience Required: Freshers Job location: Hyderabad (Hitech city) Salary: INR 10,000 per month We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to manage the financial transactions related to medical billing. The AR Analyst will be responsible for tracking claims, handling insurance denials, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely reimbursements from insurance companies and patients. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable balances. Follow up with insurance companies and patients to ensure timely payment. Investigate and resolve unpaid or denied claims. Review and analyze denied or underpaid claims, identifying trends and root causes. Appeal denied claims and resubmit corrections when necessary. Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients to resolve billing issues. Ensure accurate posting of payments, adjustments, and refunds in the billing system. Verify patient billing information and insurance details for accuracy. Reconcile accounts and address any discrepancies. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and payer-specific guidelines. Document all interactions and claim resolutions in the billing system. Generate reports on AR aging, denial trends, and financial performance Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: freshers Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel Attention to Detail to identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
