Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries from healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals. Provide detailed information about medical products, services, and pricing to potential clients ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
