About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Payroll Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing TDS, GST compliance, accounting software like Tally, ledgers, and payroll processing. You will handle both accounting operations and HR-related finance tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate computation, deduction, and deposit of TDS.
• Manage GST filing, returns, and reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts in Tally or other accounting software.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and internal reviews.

HR & Payroll Support:

• Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle reimbursements, advances, and settlements.
• Support HR in attendance and payroll reconciliation.
• Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESI, professional tax, and other employee-related deductions.
• Maintain employee-related financial records and reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Tally and other accounting/payroll software.
• Hands-on experience in managing ledgers, reconciliations, and accounts.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills for coordination with HR and employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus but not mandatory.
