What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable (invoices, vendor reconciliation, payment runs).

Keeping vendors happy (without overpaying them).

Supporting monthly closings & audits like a champ.

Working directly with founders & ops teams to keep the finance engine running.

Building systems & processes that don’t just work, but scale as we scale.

What You Bring:

2-4 years of hands-on Accounts Payable / Finance ops experience.

Sharp with Excel (formulas don’t scare you).

Grit, resilience, and the ability to hustle in high-growth chaos.

An owner mindset: you don’t just “do tasks,” you solve problems.

Bonus points if you’ve worked in food/QSR/retail before.
