Accounts Payable - Senior Officer

• Receive, review, and process invoices/ credit notes for supplier accounts for payment, ensuring all requests are properly approved and documented
• Must have the end-to-end knowledge of Travel & Expense”/ “Expense Management”/ “DD Clearing”.
• Aged Creditors review, raise queries & open points and resolution
• Work on Execution of Supplier Payment run under guidance of Head of Accounts Payable
• Resolving & responding to queries from suppliers & UK finance team
• To maintain Purchase Ledger / supplier accounts for areas of responsibility; to include the completion of Supplier Statement Reconciliations as and when required and the regular and timely clearance of debit/unallocated cash balances.
  To liaise with UK Finance team & site staff on day to day basis.
• To liaise with suppliers as and when required for resolution of all invoicing queries via email/phone
• To chase for missing invoices with the suppliers.
• Satisfy the overall team objective of settling the Company’s liabilities on a timely and accurate basis and as per agreed service levels and agreed KPI targets.
• To ensuring professional standards are maintained at all times whilst optimizing service delivery;
• To identify and highlight improved ways of working through continuous assessment of working practice.
• Use application of MS office, excel efficiently
• Work flexibly to meet the demands of the Company

Skill requirement -

• 3+ Year(s) of experience with Accounts Payable, Vendor and Invoice Reconciliation.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Prior Experience with PBSA + ERP - Yardi would be preferred
• Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Office.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
