Job Description

Manage and process accounts payable transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Maintain historical records and ensure compliance with departmental procedures.
Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports to improve the payment process.
Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors, establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and payroll while adhering to departmental procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in financial software and systems, with excellent technical skills.
Strong understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
