Accounts Payable Lead

As an Accountant at Iron Systems, you will be responsible for a range of financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. - Maintaining historical records for accurate tracking and reference. - Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports for review. - Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors to facilitate smooth transactions. - Prepare financial expense reports and statements for the management's review. - Supervising reconciliation of vendor accounts and their balances to ensure accuracy. - Assisting and supporting the accounting manager in his tasks for efficient financial operations. Qualifications required for this role: - 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in accounting or a related field. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management. - Proficiency in financial software and tools for analysis and reporting. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support the overall financial objectives of the organization.
