Accounts Payable Lead

As a Senior Accountant at a fast-growing SaaS company based in Bangalore, your role will involve managing various financial activities to ensure accurate and compliant financial records. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Invoice Processing:** - Posting transactions to journals, ledgers, and other financial records. - **Account Reconciliation:** - Resolving invoice discrepancies and related issues. - **Vendor Management:** - Maintaining up-to-date vendor files and contact information. - Assisting with vendor statement reconciliations. - **Financial Reporting:** - Supporting month-end closing activities such as prepaid amortization, fixed asset depreciation, accruals, and flux analysis. - Assisting with year-end closing activities including 1099 & 1042 reporting. - Supporting the preparation of financial statements and audits. - **Compliance and Controls:** - Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements (TDS, TCS, GST, MSME). - Maintaining accurate historical financial records. - Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing effective solutions. - Staying updated with industry best practices and evolving regulatory requirements. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** CA / CA Inter with 8+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. **Skills:** - Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle NetSuite preferred) - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - High attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please share your updated resume at arju.inderwal@huntingcube.com.,
