Accounts Payable Lead

As an AP Lead at a tech-enabled outsourcing platform located in Sec 3, Noida, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Transactional processing for purchase order and non-purchase order backed invoices - Responding to vendor and internal partner queries - Conducting audits of invoices and expenses for compliance - Resolving discrepancies with stakeholders - Providing accurate support to vendor inquiries - Managing the company's corporate card program - System administration of expense management tools - Maintaining bank reconciliation statements - Ensuring Income Tax and GST compliances - Managing a petty cash system effectively Key Result Areas: - Automate Invoice Intake & Routing - Standardize & Scale Approval Workflows - Track & Improve AP Performance Metrics - Lead Internal Communication & Alignment Requirements: - Ability to learn quickly and think independently - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Sound accounting knowledge - Interpersonal skills and capability to work independently and within a team - Experience in a startup environment (SaaS) would be advantageous ERP: Proficiency in Zoho and Google Workspace is required for this role.
