What You Will Do in This Role:

• Ensure processing of vendor invoices in Oracle AP module.
  

Participate in month close activities and perform assigned jobs.To assist with housekeeping duties such as scanning, archiving and preparation of documents to ensure Tax and/or Statutory compliance.Provide support on various activities to AP Team lead / Manager.Perform supplier account reconciliations and resolve disputes.Interact with internal business stakeholder / external vendors for various business requirements.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:

• Batchelor’s degree with one to two years of experience.
• Have good working experience of MS word/excel/ power point.
• Knowledge of ERP (Oracle) AP modules will be added advantage.
• Be an effective communicator and build relationships with stakeholders that provide opportunity for constructive feedback.
