Role & responsibilities : οƒ˜ Process all invoices on daily basis. οƒ˜ Compliance related to service tax, TDS. οƒ˜ Review purchase and accounts payable transactions. οƒ˜ Deal with daily transactions of petty cash and reconciliation of the same οƒ˜ Responsible for direct return filing. οƒ˜ Assisting superior in preparation of balance sheet. οƒ˜ Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system. οƒ˜ Maintain and updates records for payments and refunds. οƒ˜ Maintain and updates files for payment documents, invoices, requisitions, accounts payable and receivable, and correspondence οƒ˜ Preparing bank reconciliation.
