Job Title:

Accounts Payable Officer – Australian Accounting

Job Summary:

Business Avengers LLP is hiring Accountants to work on Australian bookkeeping, reconciliation, GST/BAS, and financial reporting tasks. This is a full-time, office-based role in Ahmedabad. Candidates with minimum of 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Required knowledge on Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, NetSuite, GST/BAS, payroll, and Australian accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Record daily accounting transactions

2. Perform bank and ledger reconciliations

3. Assist senior accountants with month-end reporting

4. Process Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

5. Prepare GST/BAS support files

5. Maintain accurate financial data

6. Follow SOPs, checklists, and review workflows

7. Proper communication and interaction with international clients

Qualifications:

1. Good understanding of accounting entries

2. Good Excel skills

3. Willingness to learn international accounting

4. Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy

5. Fluency in English speaking

6. Good communication skills especially with international clients

7. Experience in Australian Accounting Software i.e., Xero, MYOB, NetSuite etc.
