Job Title: Head – Accounts Department Company: Metamint Alloys India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Supa MIDC, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 7+ years in accounting and finance, preferably in manufacturing Industry: Aluminium Manufacturing / Metal Industry About Us: Metamint Alloys India Pvt. Ltd. is an emerging player in the aluminium recycling and ingot manufacturing industry. Backed by over two decades of industry experience through our group businesses, we are setting up a new production facility at Supa MIDC to supply high-quality aluminium ingots. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Accounts to lead our finance and accounts division. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Compliance: Supervise the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations Implement internal controls and SOPs for accounting processes Coordination with Auditors & Consultants: Liaise with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for periodic audits Coordinate with CA firms, tax consultants, and legal advisors as needed Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization Support management with financial insights for strategic decisions Banking & Finance Operations: Oversee loan documentation, fund management, and banking transactions Manage LC, BG, and credit facilities if required Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance (CA, CMA, or MBA Finance preferred) Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, including leadership roles Strong knowledge of Tally, GST filing, and audit procedures Experience in manufacturing industry preferred High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and team leadership skills What We Offer: Leadership role with autonomy to shape the finance function Opportunity to work in a fast-growing manufacturing setup Competitive compensation and performance-linked incentives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Account management: 6 years (Required) Language: English, Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
