Quality Engineer

Ltd. is a forward-looking aluminium ingot manufacturer with a modern facility located at Supa MIDC. With a foundation rooted in over 25 years of industry experience, we focus on delivering consistent, high-quality recycled aluminium products. We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and capable of maintaining strict quality control across all stages of production. Key Responsibilities: Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials, particularly aluminium scrap Perform in-process checks and monitor critical parameters during melting and casting Operate the Amtek Spectrometer to verify chemical composition of molten metal and finished ingots Maintain and update test reports, inspection records, and quality logs Ensure that final products meet customer specifications and internal quality standards Investigate product rejections or quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure process quality improvements Assist during internal/external audits and support documentation for ISO 9001 compliance Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Production Engineering 2–5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in metal or foundry industry Hands-on experience using Amtek Spectrometer is mandatory Knowledge of metallurgical testing methods and physical inspection tools Familiarity with QMS documentation and problem-solving tools (RCA, 5 Whys, etc.) Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and report preparation What We Offer: Opportunity to work in a high-growth, professionally managed aluminium plant Exposure to modern quality tools and production systems Competitive salary with performance-based growth A team-focused work culture with hands-on learning Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Amtek Spectrometer: 4 years (Required) Language: Hindi, English (Required) Work Location: In person
