Role Summary:
Responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate MIS to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor bills, and payment schedules.
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet schedules, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
• Maintain and update MIS reports covering production, purchases, costing, inventory, and project performance.
• Track budgets vs actuals, material consumption, and financial variances.
• Provide timely data and reports to management for planning and decision-making.
• Work closely with procurement, production, and QC teams to validate data flows.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all financial and MIS records.

Requirements:

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and MIS roles.
• Proficiency in Tally/Zoho/Odoo or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic financial statements.
• Detail-oriented with discipline in timelines and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
