Accounts Manager

As an Accounts Manager at our company, your role involves overseeing and managing financial activities, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors. Your solid background in accounting practices, taxation, and financial management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial company, will be valuable in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances. - Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting. - Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits. - Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls. - Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with all financial regulations. - Support management with MIS reports for strategic decision-making. - Liaise with vendors, customers, and financial institutions when needed. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/Inter CA preferred). - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management (manufacturing/industrial sector experience is a plus). - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP or similar) and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - High integrity and attention to detail.
